At valentines day, the Swedish artist Linnea Henriksson released her second solo album “Du söker bråk, jag kräver dans”. We got the opportunity to be booked to document the day. It started at Åhlens City with a public live performances and an autograph signing for the fans. Then we continued to a bar underneath Nalen, called 6071. Drinks and cake was on the tables for her friends and family and the people that help with making tihis happened. This month’s fave photographer is unlike our previous choices. However, it is a project which we believe is a MUST see for everyone. “Before They Pass Away” is a long-term project by Jimmy Nelson. He traveled the world for 3 years and spent 2 weeks living with over 30 of the most remote tribes in the worlds. Verging on extinction, he captures the way they live, laugh and survive. Last week we were asked to take a few shots for Swedish singer/songwriter, Fredrik Lönngren. He needed some new pics for his new website. It was also the first shoot we’ve done with straight-out-of-the-camera-jpgs using the Fuji XE-1. Snow was out and it was cold as hell so, we limited the outdoor stuff to a minimum.
